Purchases are dispatched from our New Delhi & NCR facility by our dedicated in-house delivery team and reputable courier agencies.

We offer a same-day delivery option, with orders processed according to the chosen delivery date specified by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times are scheduled between  (TIME 10 AM TO 2 PM & 4 PM TO 8 PM), Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Should you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items, quality concerns, or delivery discrepancies, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order for prompt resolution. Please note that we cannot address complaints submitted after this timeframe.

Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value:

We provide shipping services across Delhi NCR, Noida, Greater Noida with a minimum order value of Rs. 699.

Payment Options:

Fruits Forever offers convenient online ordering through the Razorpay payment gateway, ensuring secure transactions. Additionally, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI for your convenience.

Pricing Policy:

While we strive to maintain current pricing, please be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions on our website are conducted in Indian Rupees, and orders will be invoiced at the prevailing prices upon shipping.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that the provided address is outside our delivery service area or if unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges arise, we reserve the right to cancel orders. Please note that we may cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent activity or violations of our terms and conditions are suspected.

Return & Exchange:

Customers may return products at the time of delivery if they are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness. Returned items will be collected, and appropriate adjustments will be made to the order value for cash-on-delivery purchases. Returns will be applicable, but refunds will not be applicable.
